Coaching is an equal partnership, it is a collaboration. I have ADHD so there is a good chance I will understand where you are coming from. You do not need to explain who you are.

We work together, identifying your strengths, what those strengths mean to you and how you already use them in everyday life. We find out what we need to strengthen, or what obstacles are standing in your way, and what you need to help get you where you want to go.

Strengths can often get buried or forgotten over time. There might even be something that is as yet undiscovered. The process of coaching will help find those hidden gems, bring them out into the open, and polish them up brightly.

ADHD coaching is a supportive and understanding space dedicated to you. Using a strengths-based approach is the best way to help you get the most out of you and your ADHD. Life is better when we work with it instead of fighting against the ADHD.
