Coaching gives you time and space to explore your ideas. It offers you help as you process and make a plan with someone who understands how ADHD brains work. It’s a safe space to be your unique self and an opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced professional on whatever you most want to achieve.
I will work in partnership with you. I’ll help you to identify your strengths and empower you to pursue your ideas as we build a unique and trusting relationship. I will support you as you move forward in your personal and professional life. With this deeper knowledge of your unique strengths, you’ll be able to better manage and understand your ADHD.
